What is Early Career Pathfinder?

The Early Career Pathfinder is a selective, two-year pilot program designed to support family medicine residents as they transition into practice. It combines near-peer mentorship with practical, digital resources you can use on your own schedule.

Who is this for?

Family medicine PGY-2s entering PGY-3 and early-career physicians interested in mentoring.

What will I get out of it?

Near-peer mentorship, practical career resources and support during the transition from residency to practice. Be among the first to experience this exciting new program!

For mentors, you’ll be paying it forward by counseling, encouraging and advising those coming in behind you. Gain skills in leadership and help create a new program that will help residents in the years ahead.

How much time does it take?

It’s flexible. Choose a fully digital experience or light-touch mentorship—whatever fits your schedule.

Is it virtual?

Yes. The program can be completely digital, or you can choose to have in-person engagement.

Does completing the screener guarantee a spot?

No. The screener shows interest, but spots are limited and selection isn’t guaranteed.

What happens after I submit the screener?

If selected, you’ll receive follow-up with next steps and onboarding details.
